Laughing Matter Studios is wrapping up production on our first ever Table Manners videogame! It's been a fun run piecing together this adventure and soon enough you'll get to hang out in the pixelated town of Kinnley, as well as on Old Hope Island where giant worms have taken over.
The game is currently running and can be played beginning to end. If you speed run it, its still takes time to beat. LMStudios is wrapping up the music side of things this week and we'll be proceeding to polishing the game with a few more quests and features. The game (just like "That's My Book!!!") is made to run on the GameBoy, though this time around, it is in color. I've included some screenshots for you guys!
I've been waiting for a long time to bring Table Manners to another medium besides just comic strips and the time is near! A release date will soon be announced! That said, if you want to play the demo before its release, check out Laughing Matter Studios OFFICIAL Discord now: https://discord.gg/q2x7DjkyKd
My apologies! I kept forgetting to get this out there! Been too busy with LMStudios and our Table Manners game. But "Blight" is finally here! The third in a series! Still haven't named the series. I should do that.
The print for "Quartz" is now live in my store! It took a couple weeks to finally get the print ready, but it's here! The full series is almost done, with one final piece in the works! So get "Quartz," "Ember," and "Leaf" now (and the fourth piece when it comes out)! All proceeds go to Laughing Matter Studios (a studio I own, if any of you didn't know).
It's been difficult getting every piece of art and comic out these past couple months, all the while I'm producing a video game for Laughing Matter Studios. But, I'm about caught up on the Table Manners comics. I'll be doing catch-up on Smokey and the Bands tomorrow. But here's a new art piece AND a new comic! (strong language depicted)
I'm hard at work at my studio as bring my own art and Laughing Matter Studios up to date. I'm behind on a good amount of work, what with all the...stuff...going on in the world. Ladies and gentleman: "Planetary Defense!"
I uploaded the polished collages earlier last week and mentioned that they were to bring April to a close. So...that was obviously a lie, because three face covers (neck gaiters, buffs, balaclavas, etc. Whatever the heck you want to call them) appeared in my shop with all original art. Now, several new shirts have been designed, but the they are not being revealed yet. But, there's a total of ten art pieces done for that mega-project. More on that project this summer.
Now, behold the TRUE final piece of April: "Eye of the Storm!" Lightning has become a new deal for me in my digital space art. Can it happen? Eh...as much as I love science, this isn't something I've genuinely looked into. Maybe I will. Maybe I won't. Regardless, sit tight! This year is about to get crazy!
Never heard of 'em, but I've a few people like masks these days. Now, these can't be used as medical-grade masks, but they are stylish! And you can wear an actual mask underneath! Check them out in the store! I may release a few more designs, so keep an eye out if these aren't to your liking! Or, send my Facebook page a message and request a color scheme! No guarantees that every idea will be excepted, but I wouldn't mind a couple different colors. I just love blue!
